Experience of PC/Mac based graphics systems. Typically Photoshop, Illustrator, encoding software, and experience of web based media, ftp clients.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Skill in organising resources and establishing priorities.
Knowledge of post production principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
Knowledge of professional video/audio tape editing and post-production procedures, techniques, and standards.
Minimum job requirements:

2 years post production experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.  Preferably with a technical or media based degree.

Camden production company require work experience motion graphics designer.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in the similar field with a passion for design, a creative eye for detail and someone who is not afraid to bring some new ideas to the table. You will be involved in all processes from pitching to mastering to include: designing and laying out storyboards for new briefs - commercial and music,  creating company press releases, assisting directors on treatments and generally working alongside the in house graphics team on various jobs.

This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in motion graphics and design working on commercials and music videos in a busy production company environment.

Basic knowledge of photoshop and after effects is a must while Cinema 4D would be a bonus.

The position is unpaid but travel allowance will be offered.

Rushes are looking for a producer with 2-3 years’ experience in a producing or scheduling role.

An understanding of film and digital grading workflows as well knowledge of offline, Flame & CG processes is required.

Thorough project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients is essential.

Key Responsibilities
• Reporting to the Head of Production you will be responsible for selling our services and creative staff to new and existing clients in the commercial, feature film, effects, long form and music video sectors

• Organise at least three meetings per week with clients: client lunches, presentations/meetings at client offices, visiting agencies to show them a new reel, etc. and explore new ways of winning new business.

• Attend client meetings where ideas / storyboards are being discussed, use your problem solving skills and attend shoots where necessary.

• Build and maintain strong relationships within the company client base. You will be required to learn as much as possible about the client to ensure that we are anticipating and meeting their needs. Be aware of market changes and ensure we match and exceed any service provided by competitors.

• Explore new opportunities with a view to creating new business.

• Ensure all quotes are prepared to an agreed working model and are followed up within three working days and maintain accurate records of the work you are quoting and winning on a weekly basis.

• Look at ways to build sales potential of existing clients and continue to monitor existing clients. Constant analysis of our competitors and awareness of their client base and talent. Awareness of new technologies and changes in the industry.

Experience/Attributes:
• Extensive experience and knowledge of the post production industry, you will be familiar working in a busy production department.
• An understanding of film and digital grading workflows as well knowledge of offline, Flame & CG processes is required.
• 2-3 years experience in a producing or scheduling role.
• Fully conversant with all aspects of Xytech.
• Self-motivated individual with a proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships.

- Liaising with MD, Senior Producer, Producers and other production staff to create an efficient workflow between production and post production on all SALT projects completed in house

PRODUCTION MANAGER (15.11.11)

The Production Manager provides high-level assistance for the Producers as they set up, execute, and wrap live action shoots and post production jobs. The Production Manager oversees the support-level moving parts for any shoots and attends to the details, ensuring that each job follows industry standard practice.
During pre-production, the Production Manager attends all logistical meetings and assists the Producer in organizing and planning the entire shoot. During the production phase, the Production Manager is on set to ensure everything goes according to plan and deal with problems that arise.
During post-production, the Production Manager assists the Post Production Supervisor in overseeing and managing edits. Responsiblities also include internal accountability assurance.


The Production Manager also oversees small shoots completely, including budgeting.
 
Pre-Requisites:
·    Demonstrated experience working as production assistant/coordinator/manager in pre-production, production and post
·    Knowledge of shoot day protocol
·    Knowledge of production equipment for lighting and set
·    Experience workingwith production companies
